Dr Susan Kleiner

This week Mikki chats to Dr Susan Kleiner about being at the forefront of performance nutrition for both elite athletes and people just wanting to optimise their lives. In this episode we discuss, amongst other things:
·      Nutrition in the 1980s
·      How the field has shifted
·      Mistakes elite (and other) athletes make
·      Co-founding the International Society of Sports Nutrition
·      Susan’s recommendations for fuelling athletic performance
