Chris Kelly - Nourish Balance Thrive
In this week's episode, Mikki talks to Christopher Kelly, co-founder of Nourish Balance Thrive (NBT) and host of the widely popular podcast of the same name. They dive deep into the evolution of his personal approach to health, nutrition and performance and how this influenced his career path from an IT engineer to the creation of the NBT platform that helps individuals optimse their health, wellbeing and longevity.

Christopher Kelly, co-founder of Nourish Balance Thrive, a health and lifestyle coaching platform, is also the host of the very successful podcast of the same name. On this podcast Chris and I discuss his personal health journey and what motivated him to start NBT. We get into some detail, including what his life looked like before he knew anything about health and the specific steps that got him headed in the right direction. We talk about bike racing and business and how both have evolved for Chris, as well as the habits he has built to maintain my current state of health and performance.
