Dr Gerber is the founder and host of Low Carb Denver and has spent several years learning about the impact that diet and lifestyle has on improving metabolic health, and using the conference as a platform to help inform and educate from the grass roots level.

Jeffry is also the co-author of Eat Rich Live Long , a book that provides simple guidelines and delicious recipes that help people adopt a lower carbohydrate diet approach.

Gerber, MD, FAAFP is a board certified family physician, speaker, author, conference organizer, husband, father and owner of South Suburban Family Medicine in Littleton, Colorado, where he is known as “Denver’s Diet Doctor”. He has been providing personalized healthcare since 1990 and continues that tradition with an emphasis on longevity, wellness and prevention.
